“If you are coming to this property for a quick or long weekend, it’s perfect. We came from about an hour away to whitewater on the Ocoee. The house is clean and gives a hotel feel while the comfort of home. I love that it gives a cabin feel without actually being a cabin like all the others. Feels like off the grid but still close to any need. Loved it.”

“Unfortunately, this stay did not meet expectations for the price. The home has potential but needs better maintenance and attention to detail. The bedroom patios were covered in pollen and dust, several dishes we pulled were dirty, and the dishwasher did not clean properly, so we hand-washed everything. Communication felt impersonal, including an initial message addressed to the wrong name about the dishwasher. The biggest issue was a persistent humming noise in the main-level bedroom that lasted all night and affected sleep quality every night. We also requested a late checkout from 10am to 11am and were denied despite the property not being booked the following night. The kitchen was understocked for a larger group, with missing basics, cooking utensils, and undersized cookware. The treehouse needs shades above, cannot watch tv in the daytime without glares. Overall, the experience felt transactional rather than welcoming, and we would not stay here again or recommend it.”
