“Place was clean and peaceful. Great location, around many places and stores. Love the location.”

“I don’t want to bash the place but I will tell the truth. When you come in it has a bad smell like basement or mold or bug spray. The front door you have to pull it to towards you for it to lock. The showers drains don’t go down right and way and it makes a screaming sound. Location isn’t the best and backyard needs works not a good view at all. And lastly the heat doesn’t blow downstairs. I had to get the heater from the upstairs closet. And while downstairs was cold upstairs was burning up. Kids had nose bleed due to the heat issue. Overall I’ll say 3 stars. I would say it’s pricy for the issues that it has. And no I didn’t tell the owner the issues. Area was quite just not pleasant on the eyes.”
