“The home was well cared for, check-in was smooth, and the location was very convenient. Upon arriving, we discovered the Wi-Fi was out. Mike was extremely responsive and kept us updated throughout the process. Although I had to find an alternative location to work remotely, he was understanding and generously compensated us for the inconvenience. We truly appreciated his excellent communication and willingness to make things right. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend this home.”
