Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals's guest rating in Georgia of 4.75 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract. “Great place but a bit outdated. Not much of a view but right on the beach. Parking was a problem. Location was terrific”

“Our family had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful and the layout was perfect for our family. The natural light from all the windows, screened in porch, pool, and proximity to the beach was perfect ( the sunrises were absolutely amazing and we had the beach to ourselves most days). The large kitchen was great as we cooked many meals. We look forward to many future stays.”

“Pool never gets sun. Water too cold to swim. High tide make the beach inaccessible. If you want to spend your vacation in a nice house this is the place. If you want to spend your vacation enjoying the water, this is not the place.”
