“The home itself was very nice and the location was good. The outside needs attention to maintenance.”

“Booked this place for 4th of July weekend for our group of 8. Would not recommend. A/C was broken for the entire upstairs of the house (which has 3 out of the 4 bedrooms). It was over 80 degrees upstairs the entire time we were there. We let the rental company know about 8pm on our first night there that the upstairs was not cooling down and didn’t hear back from them until about 11am Saturday morning. The management company said they would try to find someone to hopefully fix it, if not they would bring in fans to try to cool the place down. We gave them permission to enter the house and set things up if need be. We came back to the house Saturday night to 2 cheap box fans sitting on the front porch. We had 3 bedrooms without A/C. Communication with the company was terrible for our entire stay and responses were either automated or delayed/unhelpful. When we talked to them about a refund, they offered a SMALL fraction of the over $1200 we spent. Had to get Airbnb involved.”

“This home was in a beautiful location with an amazing view. Home was very nice and featured a lot of “home feel” amenities. Tub in master bathroom was amazing. No issues with the home itself. However, we did report a few issues … specifically that the Wi-Fi was not working. The managing company was quick to respond, but no action was taken for the entire stay of 3 days. Asked if couple extend checkout from 10a to 12p to compensate, but was not allowed.”

“The house was spectacular and very spacious. Everything seems to be in order and pretty accessible! If you are looking for a cabin with l some peace and quiet, this is definitely the right spot!”
