“The house was very nice. However it was not as well kept as we would liked. There was mold in the master shower, cat hair all over the furniture, and we saw 2 roaches in the living area, the outside patio furniture was filthy, we had to wipe it down to use it, and one of the counter chairs in the kitchen was dangerously wobbly and unsteady. It looked like a couple of screws were missing. Additionally, the house was not equipped it the manner it should have been; the ice machine was not plugged up, no remote for the TV in the basement, and there wasn't enough bedding to accommodate all of the beds. Moreover, there was a construction site right next door. We woke up early on the day before Christmas to banging and loud noise. It would have been nice if we have been notified ahead of time. Finally, we were delayed in getting into the house when we arrived. The key box was extremely difficult to open. I had to take my key and pry it open.”

“This was perfect for our group. Plenty of room for 10 of us to spread out. Lots of bathrooms and beds. Plenty of living/gathering spaces too. Loved the ping pong table and ice machine came in handy. We would love to stay here again.”
