“Inman Park is a great location, and the house was clean when we arrived. The layout and common space worked well for our family in town for a wedding. A few things to know before booking. The main-level stove's igniter doesn't work, and there was no working lighter, so we bought one; no one came out to check on it. Starting supplies were light for a reservation our size: we bought toilet paper, paper towels, and laundry detergent on day one, and the dish pods ran out early. We'd stay again for the location and space. Fix the stove and stock for the guest count, and this is a five-star house.”

“Nice place Had an issue and it was resolved promptly Just wish I could’ve enjoyed the rooftop but someone threw up and no one cleaned it.”

“The apartment was clean except for living room rug which needs replacing. It is described as roof top but there is an apartment above. It is in a good location near a few restaurants and downtown art museums and aquarium.”

“The location and decor are great. The cleanliness, not so much. We had a long day and at around 11p when we tried to retire to our rooms and rest, we discovered hair, black specs, and stains in our beds. We had to pull the sheets and wash them just to sleep somewhat comfortably. There were fake lashes left on pillows, dust/cobwebs in the windows sills, stains on the bedroom rug, candy left on the floor, and the ac only cooled the closetless, doorless room with no TV and the living room. The two main bedrooms were hot. We did inform the host about our issues/concerns and their response was very careless and "oh sorry about that." Would not recommend this place for any reason other than the location.”

“We really liked the bedrooms, but the stairs are very steep, making it difficult to carry luggage. Unfortunately, the couch seemed to have bugs, which caused my wife to develop rashes on her hands and feet. Hopefully, the couch can be thoroughly cleaned and inspected.”

“The check-in process was a little difficult. The building staff was a bit slow, and there were a lot of people checking in ahead of us. Parking is not in the building, so be prepared to park in public parking a bit far away and carry your luggage through the streets.”

“The apartment was a bit outdated central air wise . She wasn’t as accommodating before arriving. Key fob went out in the second day and never got fixed. The location made majority of my review it’s such a great place to be don’t need a car honestly !”

“Great location and great space. Very walkable and the porch was perfect to hangout on. We loved the neighborhood and our stay overall but found questionable stains all over the couch and a condom wrapper under the couch that our baby almost grabbed when reaching for a toy. After reading a review from February with similar complaints it seemed clear there had been no attempt to address the issue for several months. We did love our stay overall but were put off at the lack of cleanliness. The host was initially very responsive but once we voiced concerns stopped replying to our messages.”
