“Beautifully kept, modern property with a fun, spooky theme throughout. The house was spacious, and the hidden sunroom was a great spot to relax. The hot tub sits in a private spot with gorgeous woods views — we even spotted deer wandering by. Everything felt clean, thoughtfully designed, and modern. Highly recommend!”

“The Black Lodge is a very nice cabin in one of our favorite areas to stay. There is a lot of attention to detail. As an artist, I appreciated all of the art history books and references. Just an observation, but the pictures don’t fully represent the decor — there is a bit more macabre design, which is very cool, but more of an adult aesthetic. My kids did not feel as “cozy” as some of the other cabins we have stayed in. Also, we cook a lot due to food allergies and although I got by just fine, the kitchen amenities are minimalist. We slept great, we felt safe, watched movies, and enjoyed the hot tub! It was a lovely get away! Thank you!”

“The cabin was absolutely beautiful, well decorated and clean. The supplies were very generous from towels, cleaning supplies, and lots of kuerig coffee pods available! We did have issues with the hot tub because of not being able to control the temperature and it stayed at 105°. Also, the charcoal grill was rusted out at the bottom so we couldn't use it. That was never resolved while we were there, so we couldn't use it. I would hope whoever checks the cabin upon departures would check that all the listed features of the home would be in good working order. So, the house was perfect but our the service had a bit to be desired. I would add we were refunded an amount for the hot tub malfunction which as appreciated!”
