“Perfect location near many great restaurants and attractions. Close to grocery stores. Spacious house, perfect for more than one family. Great place to hang out as a family, with a pool table and ping pong. Relaxing with the sounds of the river all around. A bit of a walk downhill to the water which is a shared community space, but a great place to swim and float.”
