This townhouse apartment was our home away from home for two weeks while I was on a work trip. It really is spacious with two bed/bath upstairs and a studio plan downstairs. It was clean with convenient free parking just outside the door in a gated community. Host was very responsive for situations we had such as accidentally locking ourselves out and requesting to extend our stay. Our two small children felt comfortable staying here instead of a hotel, there is even a park with a nice playground just down the road.

Place needs maintenance. There were cockroaches and ants and flies all over. Baseboards are pealing everywhere. Cabinets were falling apart.

Because I needed a livable space, I purchased my own cleaning supplies and cleaned the unit myself. I rolled up the soiled area rug and covered the couch for the duration of my stay due to the condition they were in. The following day, while I was at work, my daughter contacted me in distress because cle
