“They could really use a real bed upstairs in the loft. Maybe a pullout couch in the living room to more comfortably sleep more guests.”

“The cabin was beautiful with stunning views! Surrounding towns (Cleveland and Helen) super close by and convenient.”

“Great place to stay! There is one issue with the driveway, only a issue during rain, sleet or snow. The driveway is slick and the runoff doesn't help with traction as well.”

“So this place honestly would have easily gotten five stars had we not had a HORRIBLE experience with some of the help at checkout. It is a beautiful cabin, exactly like the pictures, very comfortable and the views are breathtaking. There is so much to do and see in this awesome little town and we had a wonderful trip. That being said, we were running a little late at checkout due to one of our children waking up really sick. We were loading the last few things in the car when the man who takes the garbage pulled up and scolded us like children several times for running late since the cleaning crew is “on such a tight schedule”. Keep in mind, the cleaning crew was not there yet. We tried to apologize and explain that we were just loading our last items and he very rudely kept repeating that “we knew the checkout times and should know better than to still be there”. He was demeaning and even kept scolding us while walking back to his truck. The cabin was great but we will not be back.”
