“It was a nice cabin not far from Helen, GA, comfortable and clean, nice deck with a hot tub, everything you need but just make sure you're dead set on your plans when booking because they will not compromise with any sort of rescheduling!”

“Fern Meadow has a HUGE hot tub in the screened in porch on the back of the home. It was very private and very clean. We saw 21 deer on the way to The Watering Hole for dinner and drinks!”

“The hosts were responsive and the big things that needed fixing they came quickly. We enjoyed our time, however, For The money spent for this cabin I was extremely disappointed. The house was poorly cleaned, kitchen, bathrooms. I had to go through and wipe all counters and clean all toilets. Food in silverware container so I had to clean all of the dishes. Also there were webs everywhere. The hot tub was dirty and had brown stuff in it. No matter how many times I tried to scoop it out it was still dirty. Had to send message about a hole in the wood on the deck which my son found before me (extremely dangerous). There was a nail sticking out of the floor that he also stepped on. Had to send a message about ac drip pan overflowing, as well as the downstairs tv in the game room never worked. I was shocked that for the money spent it also wasn’t stocked a little better. We did enjoy our stay.”
