“Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Black Bear Bungalow. The house is clean, cozy, and beautiful. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The house is located in the forest, but close to Helen, so we enjoyed the fresh air and nature while exploring the city and its attractions.”

“My friends and I loved our stay at the Black Bear Bungalow! Everything was clean and the cabin had a very cozy feel. The location is great, very close to Helen and Clarkesville. We spent time in both. We really loved Sweetwater Coffee, highly recommend stopping by there if you like coffee! My only minor complaint is that the sitting area does not have many comfortable places to sit. There were 4 of us, but the couch only fits 2. The other chairs are quite stiff. The couch downstairs is not very comfortable either. We ended up laying on the floor to watch movies. Upgrading the seating would definitely make this a perfect place to stay! Also, my friend who stayed in the loft said she wished the stairs had something grippy on them, as she felt a little precarious going up and down the stairs.”
