“I would definitely comeback to stay here!”

“Everything was great with the cabin and this adorable mountain town. Definitely worth going to the shops downtown. My biggest issue was that I had paid through the airbnb app and then they sent me another payment link 1/2 way through my stay. They didnt explain what it was or why and never replied to my questions. I found this really strange and concerning.”

“We were very excited for our stay and when we got there everything looked great! Until we tried accessing the backyard and hot tub and found the door was locked. After reaching out to the host via app and phone number on fridge there was little to no communication. The issue was left unresolved and messages ignored. We booked this property specifically for the hot tub. If we knew we wouldn’t be able to use it we would have booked somewhere else. We asked for partial refund which has also been ignored by host. Otherwise the place was great! Beds were nice, kitchen was great. A few dishes were dirty, we had to wash before use. There is so dishwasher so hand washing was required. We will not be using this property company in the future.”

“We did have several unresolved issues in the cabin and had to check out a day earlier. It was just too warm for us. The A/C was not cooling enough. There where a lot of spider webs in the upstairs room where my children had to sleep and lay their heads. I had to clean all of that up and a lot of bugs. Every dish I pulled out to use I had to wash it as they where dirty. We also had to make sure not to iron have the lights on and make sure no one was taking a shower all at the same time because the lights would begin to flicker. Not that big of a deal when we figured that part out but still. No one ever got back to us about the A/C. It’s a cute cabin and the area is peaceful.”

“We loved the cabin and location!! The management company that hosted it was really frustrating to deal with. We never received the check in code and called through Airbnb to try to get access to the cabin. We had to call 4 different numbers because they had incorrect contact info listed. They were unresponsive to my messages in the app and gave us incorrect information about check out (saying to load dishes in the dishwasher even though there is no dishwasher). It felt like they had no idea what the property was like and also made it very difficult to contact them when we needed help accessing the cabin.”
