Bavarian Brook Rentals reviews in Georgia

“It was a nice enough place that was in a great location. The biggest issue we had was that the room never gets completely dark because there are constant bright lights shining through the blinds at the front AND back of the room. Other than that, it was a small room that somehow still felt spacious. Great location if you’re looking to spend the weekend at Oktoberfest!”

“Great apartment in ideal location with parking outside”

“Great location & place to stay for an extended weekend”

“The place was clean but I would definitely invest on getting rid of the smoke odor. When I got home all my clothes and luggage smell like smoke. Also, better quality towels and more than two sets.”

“I reserved the condo for a solo getaway. Upon arriving I noticed ash trays on the picnic bench outside the condo door. My neighbors were smokers and on most occasions I had to walk through cigarette smoke to get to my door. When I walked in the condo it was really cute but had a very musty smell. The sliding glass door had been left open and there were many dead bugs on the floor. I’m from FL so not really that big of a deal. Went upstairs to the bedroom with was lovely. When I walked from the carpeted bedroom to the tile bathroom I stepped on carpet tacks. Ouch. I had to place a towel over the end of the carpet and the beginning of the tile or just made sure I stepped over it. In the surface it was clean but the walls had stains and dirt on them as well as the light switches and base boards. The towels were very thin and discolored and I was only given 2 washcloths for 4 days. There were no paper towel in the kitchen as well as a little sugar ant infestation. It just needs some love”
