“The Home was very nice. Great location. Peaceful and quiet. My husband and I had a wonderful time. We would stay here again.”

“I reserved the condo for a solo getaway. Upon arriving I noticed ash trays on the picnic bench outside the condo door. My neighbors were smokers and on most occasions I had to walk through cigarette smoke to get to my door. When I walked in the condo it was really cute but had a very musty smell. The sliding glass door had been left open and there were many dead bugs on the floor. I’m from FL so not really that big of a deal. Went upstairs to the bedroom with was lovely. When I walked from the carpeted bedroom to the tile bathroom I stepped on carpet tacks. Ouch. I had to place a towel over the end of the carpet and the beginning of the tile or just made sure I stepped over it. In the surface it was clean but the walls had stains and dirt on them as well as the light switches and base boards. The towels were very thin and discolored and I was only given 2 washcloths for 4 days. There were no paper towel in the kitchen as well as a little sugar ant infestation. It just needs some love”

“Overall our stay was disappointing. The owner was non-responsive after check-in, which made it hard to address the issues below in real time. A few specific problems: -The kitchen was very poorly stocked. We had a single fork for the whole stay, only salad plates (no dinner plates), and just a handful of other random utensils -The kitchenette only produced lukewarm water at best -The fridge wouldn't close properly without being shoved shut, and the ice maker didn't work -The wifi was essentially unusable. We connected but got almost no signal, and ended up hotspotting from our phones just to watch Netflix on the TV. I got lucky that I didn't need it for work -Long black hairs were present throughout the unit, which was disappointing from a cleanliness standpoint On the plus side, the price was reasonable and the location was good. But the lack of basic supplies, maintenance issues, and unresponsive owner made it harder than it should've been to actually enjoy the stay.”

“Very convenient location with everything within walking distance. Host never responded to our message about WiFi login so we just went to the office to get it. Pictures in listing should be updated as some things didn't match.”

“You definitely get what you pay for. If you are looking for something more upscale then this isn’t the place for you but if you want something simple and relaxing this definitely is the place for you.”

“This condo was in such a great location. I liked the privacy from the balcony and the rushing river outside the patio doors was perfect for enjoying coffee. I felt like the room was not as clean as I would have expected but the condo is the one who cleans the property not the owner. I would say do better, but the location and set up outweighed the less than stellar cleanliness. Condo staff beat on our door in the middle of night because our car alarm kept going on off (which we could not hear). I'm talking beat the door down beat at 4:00 am. Scared me to death. Why they did not have my phone number on file is a mystery but even with all that craziness I would book that specific condo again. One other thing is the bed and bed covers were really comfortable.”

“The location of this property was great , very quiet/secluded . perfect for a couple and two dogs. We never complain and are pretty satisfied with anything but this unfortunately was one of our least favorite properties we have ever stayed in. I’m sure it was just a time where everything went wrong and things can be fixed for futures guest. When we arrived the door would not stay closed (no big deal my husband is a carpenter and fixed the door for them no complaints). The pickets inside going up stairs and upstairs are wide enough for a dog/child to fit through so please be aware of that when booking (our special needs dog is half blind and we were terrified he would fall). Microwave did not work.The outside flood light/light needs to be changed because it is pitch black going down steep stairs at night. Last but not least we had a very large rat living with us the two nights we stayed here-went to the office to see what we could do and they offered $50 back and that was it.”

“This space has a lot going for it with regards to location, accessibility and size however it lost desirability when we discovered the counter tops were not cleaned properly and the floors had our feet/socks totally filthy. The photos displayed on the website were not relative to said condo therefore a bit misleading. Overall our stay was still enjoyable and with some minor improvements to cleanliness of the space we would visit it again.”
