“The place was beautiful and as described. However, there were some cleanliness issues. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet, dirty sheets on the king bed and on the twin pull out bed. The shower also constantly ran, even with the water off. The constant shower noises were loud, and the water always running made the entire place so humid the AC couldn't keep up and the bathroom door swelled so much it couldn't be closed. These are easy things to fix, but we couldn't get help while we were there for 5 days.”

“Location was great, place was extremely clean. Walked everywhere with no issues. The complex was having a glitch in their system and was unable to let us up to the rental until confirmed by the rental company. Confirmation was received quickly within 15 mins. Biggest issue: the AC system cannot keep up with the heat. We told the rental company as soon as we walked in how extremely hot it was in the condo. We were told to give it time to let the air circulate. Within a few hours, it was still unbearably warm. We were told the central system was functioning properly and that it may not be able to keep up with the extreme heat. The rental company was unable to get anyone out to inspect the physical system in the unit until after we checked out. We were miserably hot the entire time and sweating. We even had our babies sleeping in just diapers to keep them cool. If you come during a heat wave, be prepared to be warm. Communication was great though. No other complaints.”
