For the first time visiting Atlanta we choose a house that was the closest to the Airport. The house was nice and clean, the only problem was that in one particular room the a/c didn't work. We told the hosts about this matter and they tried to send a technician who never came on the first day. The solution was to get a floor fan to ease the problem. By the third day a technician came and we were told the problem is solved, which it wasn't. All by all the hostess did try all their best to help with this matter.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made the entire experience smooth from check-in to check-out. We truly felt at home and appreciated the attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, enjoyable place to stay. Thank you for your hospitality! If the stay exceeded your expectations, you could end with: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five stars all the way! We look forward to coming back.

Our stay was a bit rocky from the start. As soon as we walked in, we noticed it felt very warm inside. Turned out the AC was not working. In addition, the wifi was not working, either. To the owner’s credit, they responded to our messages quickly and managed to get both things fixed that evening. However, the house was still far from ideal. Some things i notice very quickly were a used q-tip on the desk in one of the bedrooms, there was only one trashcan in the entire house (none in the bathrooms) with no extra trash bags to be found, the only two pillows on the larger bed had decorative covers on them which is not comfortable for sleeping on, there were only 3 towels in the entire house which was very strange for a house claiming to accommodate 9 people, the sheets smelled a little smokey, and the kitchen was stocked with some supplies but we had to go shopping for bowls and a couple utensils. Overall, it wasn’t terrible and communication was great, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Unfortunately, the list of issues felt endless. I had concerns as soon as we arrived and saw the grass and landscaping overgrown to what appeared to be over 2 feet high. I mentioned it in case the owner simply needed to remind the landscapers, but the issues continued from there. The biggest problem was the toilet repeatedly malfunctioning. With three teenage boys staying in the home, a working bathroom was essential. Despite reporting the issue, I ended up fixing it myself multiple times just to keep it functioning. We also had privacy concerns, including a neighboring camera appearing to face the large kitchen window with no blinds or curtains, and a damaged master bathroom window that reduced privacy. Combined with the non-working TV, bugs in the home, stained blankets, limited towels, and other maintenance issues, we ultimately chose to leave early. In our experience, the property did not meet the expectations set by the listing. BAD got 1 night credit and host no response!
