“Unfortunately, we did not have a good stay. The biggest issue was that the photos did not match the unit at all. When asked, they informed us we were “in the same unit type,” but it was clear that it was not what I selected. The apartment was very dirty with bad water damage in the kitchen, paint chipping from the door frames, towel racks missing from the wall, and hair on the shelves of the bathroom. There were only two towels and one of them was wet when I picked it up. One of the key fobs didn’t work, so we always had to let each other into the building if someone went out. The unit is run by a company, and it was always a different person attempting to help us in the chat, mostly to no success. The building itself was fine. The parking garage was easy to get into and the building amenities were nice. Sadly, I would still not recommend this property. If you end up in Unit 1035, you’re in for a bad stay.”
