“This was a last-minute booking due to a previously scheduled place being cancelled on us due to an overbooking error. The place was great. Exactly what I was looking for. We went for a FIFA soccer match, and the location was perfect to walk everywhere.”

“We were unaware that this was a Margaritaville resort based on the information in the booking. We understood it to be a regular condo with two bedrooms, but in fact it was two completely different hotel rooms. If we wanted hotel rooms we would have booked at a different place. Also when we were checking in at the resort, the staff told us that this booking was against their policy, but fortunately they allowed us to stay. We would not have booked this if the posting reflected reality.”

“Great location! Check-in was smooth, and the valet service was good. Unfortunately, our experience with the concierge was not the best. Some unkind comments were overheard, but after a long drive, we chose to move past it. We also had an incorrect charge added to our room. Even after showing the receipt, we were told it needed to be investigated. I offered to just pay it so we could finish checking out. Thankfully, a very kind staff member stepped in and helped resolve the issue.”
