My family and I wanted to make the most of our trip to Atlanta for Thanksgiving in hopes of having a home away from home in this unit. It seemed like the unit was not well maintained prior to arrival. Even with an additional payment for early check in, we were very disappointed and dissatisfied at its state upon arrival that we could not stay and left same day. Although having communicated back and forth with the host, informing them on matters that needed maintenance & cleaning, some things were fixed but other things could not hold our interest for the whole stay and led me to cancel booking same day. For the price, like that of a hotel, it lacked maintenance and cleanliness. From unclean floor, gaps in flooring, scuff marks on walls &doors, stains on the couch, broken fridge parts, dirty knife set & stove top, toilet bowls, bathtubs and storage of bed linen & towels was distasteful. The view from the unit is nice but the lack of maintenance and cleanliness took away from its value.
