“My issue with Ralph's place was that it was listed as an entire home rental and is actually a multi unit home. Not a true multi unit but a home that had separate areas designated for different tenants. The listing has since been updated to speak more to this but I arrived to find a large loose dog in the shared yard. So we couldn't use it. There were also signs all over asking you not to walk in the home because it would disturb the other tenants who we were on top of. There is no sound barrier between these units because it's just a single family home. We were a group of 8, 3 adults and 5 children. Within hours of being there I received 2 calls within a short period asking us not to walk as it disturbs the tenants below! I called the property management to complain that we were not comfortable, I messaged the host who was completely unaware of the tenants or the conditions. So unless you want to sit still in one spot and not go outside I would skip this property. Airbnb was no help!”

“Overall, the place was clean and spacious. It was conveniently located near the Lake Point Sports Complex which was great. We couldn’t control the air so it was a bit chilly but I’d rather be cold than hot. There were also two dogs downstairs on the property but they were friendly. There was also a smell like animals lived in that space. It wasn’t strong but there was an animal smell throughout the home. I loved the master bedroom water pressure and water temperature. I was able to take a nice HOT shower after a long day.”
