“The house was very clean and had plenty of space. Where I ran into issues: in the listing, it is not clearly stated the spa is not heated, and requires payment for heating. Wifi information was continuously incorrect after multiple messages and explanations. They finally agreed to heat the spa for the remainder of my stay since it was not clearly stated in the listing. Came home from the park the next day, the breaker was turned off for the pump. Overall, the house was great. However, host needs to get better at customer service.”

“UNRESPONSIVE HOSTS, TERRIBLE,HORRIBLE COMPLETE DIRTY HOUSE, NOT EVEN A HOMELESS PERSON WOULD STAY THERE. WE NOTIFIED THE HOSTS AND ARBNB AND THEY NEVER RETURNED OUR MONEY EVEN THOU WE NEVER STAYED THERE. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. A COMPLETE NIGHTMARE THAT HOUSE AND HOSTS ARE A JOKE TOO. DON'T EVER GO THERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT FOR EVER AND EVER AND FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFES. WE RENTED HOTEL ROOMS IN ORLANDO BECAUSE WE COULDN'T STAY IN THAT NIGHTMARE OF A HOUSE, THEY COMPLETELY MESSED UP OUR VACATIONS. I HOPE THEY'RE HAPPY OF HOW BAD OF HOSTS THEY'RE. THEIR ACCOUNT SHOULD BE CLOSED TO ARBNB SINCE THEIR ACTIONS DON'T HONOR ARBNB AT ALL. THESE HOSTS ARE CROOKS AND SCOUNDRELS. WE TOOK PICTURES AND VIDEOS AND SENT THOSE TO THEM AND THEY DIDN'T CARE. WE ALSO SENT THOSE TO ARBNB AND AFTER ABDULL FROM ARBNB SAID HE WOULD RETURN OUR MONEY HE DIDN'T.”

“the house was perfect for what we needed. the "resort" staff could use a little customer service refresher. host was very attentive. becareful of carpet tacks in entry ways as we had one kiddo get hurt on one.”

“This was a great location easy access from Osceola Parkway (find this gem of a road on day 2) vs Vineland. 20 minutes to most Disney Parks and 30 minutes to Sea World and Universal. The dip pool in the back was perfect for our 19 month old grandson. The layout was excellent having almost 2 main bedrooms on the top floor and pretty much having bathrooms for each room. The upstairs bathroom in the hall has a tiny shower so does feel a little claustrophobic. Only one tub could be challenging for families not a big deal for us. It was decorated cute and it was functional. We did have issues with TV's not being setup with HDMI cords (living room) and caused stress/delays. Main Bedroom had cable box unplugged. There were no instructions and that was frustrating. The only other negative is not enough towels for a 5 BR 4 BA house, only one roll of toilet paper, 3 trash bags and few dishwasher/washer pod for 8 nights was not enough and should have been provided based on overall cost.”

“One of the worst rental experiences we have had. There were cockroaches in the kitchen and mold in the toilets and showers. The house was run-down, the furniture was in poor condition, and the Wi-Fi did not work. We arrived around 11:00 p.m., and the host demanded an additional $200 deposit on top of what we had already paid for the reservation. They refused to provide the entry code until we paid. They even threatened to mark us as a “no-show,” knowing we were standing outside waiting to get in. Being pressured for an additional payment late at night just to access the house was unacceptable. There was also a sticker warning that setting the air conditioning below 72°F could damage the system and that we would be responsible. This added to an already uncomfortable and unwelcoming experience. Poor cleanliness, poor maintenance, nonworking Wi-Fi, and terrible service. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend avoiding this property.”
