“The property was not accurately represented in the listing. Amenities shown in the photos were missing. The home was also not clean upon arrival — the beds had visible hair and dirt which was disgusting, requiring us to clean them before use. Many dishes were dirty needing cleaned as they were used. The beds and furniture were not comfortable and had an odor. Only 1 washcloth was provided, no cleaning supplies, and the dish soap was watered down explaining dirty dishes. The oven did not work, there were broken drawers and cabinets. While the hosts offered to send a cleaning crew and have someone inspect the oven, we had already cleaned ourselves, and the oven issue impacted our only planned night to cook, resulting in wasted groceries. So fixing it wasn't needed at that point. Although the listing looks nice, our expectations were not met. They were very responsive but we took care of the discrepancies ourselves and dealt with what should have never happened in the first place.”

“Not bad for a little place to rest our heads at night. Excellent communication, which I was grateful for, because we had multiple issues with the lock. Also, i was taken back by having to bring my own toilet paper once the half used one that was already there was used up. Not a deal breaker, but just something to keep in mind if you are booking.”
