“Biggest issue is the front door lock needs to be fixed. Owner has gerry rigged the door to make it lock but it isn't suitable. There is no deadbolt on the door and even when locked, the door has 2 inches of travel. Door is not secure. It moves when other residents open and close their doors. A/C was turned off remotely when we were out all day at the parks. When we got back late at night the entire apartment was 79 degrees. The apartment building is not nice. All the hallways smell very bad. For the price, the rest is you get what you pay for. This is not a luxury apartment. It has the bare minimum. All furniture is cheap. Toilet bowl isn't attached in the bathroom and moves when in use. Other amenities as far as shampoo and conditioner were not present. Positives are that the place allows pets.”

“My main problem with this day was that there was no flexibility in either arrival time or departure time. 4 o’clock is a late check-in and 10 o’clock is an early checkout. Should match what other facilities offer in terms of these things.”

“We are happy he was commutative but it did look a lot run down compared to what the photos look like. We were missing blankets and there were chips in all the furniture, and patch jobs in the wall and look half done”

“Apartment was spotlessly clean. Great location close to the parks. Only thing that was annoying was the 4pm check in time. The cost was $257 for 1 day, I would expect an early check in time. Host was approachable to try adjust it for me though so can’t complain.”
