“Nicholette's place was perfect for our stay! The layout, the rooms, everything was great! The smaller room with a half-bath turned out to be great for my Dad, who prefers a warmer room than the rest of us. Overall, I highly recommend Nicholette's place!”

“This was by far the worst Airbnb experience I’ve ever had. We drove over 1,500 miles expecting a comfortable stay but instead arrived at a property that was dirty and poorly maintained.I paid extra for both an early check-in and heated pool but neither met expectations. The pool was dirty lights didn’t work and was not in the condition advertised. The listing photos were very misleading. The house itself had a strong, unpleasant odor, especially near the king bedroom. On top of that one of the bathrooms was clogged. When I reported the issue, instead of helping or arranging a repair, the host became rude and unprofessional. I was even told to leave or evacuate the property because the host claimed there were more guests than allowed, even though the number of guests matched exactly what was listed on my reservation. Rather than working to resolve legitimate concerns, the host chose to argue and make the situation more stressful.”
