“Very disappointing experience, mainly due to poor communication and inaccurate information. Responses to required text messages were often delayed or never came, and I had to call the emergency number just to get basic answers. Beach access instructions were incorrect—we were asked to leave the area listed, then directed to another area marked private, which was frustrating and embarrassing. We felt like we might be asked to leave again. The home did not match the listing, with missing furniture and wall art, making it feel unkept and misrepresented. There was also a strong odor in the garage; after reporting it and receiving only “thanks for letting us know,” I had to call again. Maintenance later found a dead snake. There was no apology or follow-up, and I was told to air it out myself. The golf cart also felt unsafe, as it required driving on a busy road. At this price point, better communication and support are expected.”

“Really enjoyed the home. Location is nice and quiet. Home is nice and spacious. The private beach access was excellent and was never busy during our stay. Only complaint was the pool not being heated really made it non usable through the trip.”

“We absolutely loved our stay here! We are frequent travelers to the area and this is one of our favorite parts of town, so the location was perfect for us. The house was extremely clean and very well kept. The backyard was peaceful and such a great spot to relax and unwind. The golf cart was a huge plus and made getting around town and heading to dinner so easy and fun. Overall, an amazing stay. We will definitely be back again soon!”
