“We had such a fantastic stay in Watersound! We absolutely loved this townhouse! It’s very charming and comfortable, and it really felt like a home away from home. The appliances and amenities were great, and you truly can’t beat the location. The community was incredibly quiet and felt very safe, which we really appreciated. The beach access was so close and easy, and the beach itself was AMAZING. The water was that beautiful emerald green, and the sand was literally like sugar. The only downside was that there was a bit of a musty smell in the house. We completely understand that Florida is very humid and damp, so we know that can be difficult to avoid. Other than that, we really couldn’t have asked for a better stay. We would absolutely come back to Watersound and would happily stay in another Oversee property.”

“Just incredible! Arrived after dark but they made sure to have lights on for us, exceptional location just steps, literally steps from the pristine private beach on the Gulf of Mexico. Gorgeous, modern, immaculate condo with first class touches throughout. If we visit the gulf again, and we will, this would be the only place we’d stay! Thank you😁😎”

“A beautiful, relaxing stay. Bike rides around the neighborhood and surrounding areas melted everything else away! The short boardwalk was a nice transition from the ocean back to the townhouse. As you walked along through the winding trees, it was shaded and magical. Elegantly styled but with a home-like comfortable feel.”
