“We loved our stay! The home was very comfortable for our family, we loved the beds! The balcony off the top floor was the perfect spot to have our morning coffee. The kids really enjoyed jumping in the pool after the beach. The location is great , just a short and easy walk to the beach and we absolutely loved the bikes and being able to ride over to seaside!! Check in and out was a breeze , we look forward to booking our next stay with Oversee!”

“Upon arrival at 4pm, the pool company was still cleaning the pool and added chemicals and told us we couldn't swim for 4 hours, which was disappointing. We were also unable to locate the golf cart keys. The hosts were amazing and made everything right-ASAP. We received a partial credit to offset the inconvenience and they had new golft card keys delivered to us by morning. Overall, great stay for our girls weekend and we had the best time!!”

“It was a little dirty on arrival due to old flowers left in the kitchen that had attracted little bugs and they were around throughout our stay. The floor was a little messy and patio floor was dirty (we have a 1 year old crawling around so this was noticeable). Otherwise, this house was fabulous and a great location! We got a golf cart so the beach was a short ride or a quick bike ride away. Cute street with a pool. No access to garage so be aware of that! Overall, we had a great stay and the host was very quick to respond to any questions/concerns!!”

“This house was lovely! The furnishings were very well done and comfortable. Everything was very clean when we arrived and they provided a good set of basics to get us through the stay. The location was quiet but easy to navigate to the nearby Dragonfly pool. We biked to Seaside easily a few times from the house as well. The host was very responsive and responded quickly when I had a question. The bedrooms were a great size and my little ones loved having their own little space with the bunk room.”

“The townhome was exactly as shown in pictures. Decorated with an artistic touch and lovely. Everything was very clean and easy to just settle in. Oversee was friendly and quickly responded to the couple of questions I had. A truly relaxing vacation was enjoyed at Beach Pleeze!”

“Great spot and layout. Very family and dog friendly neighborhood. The place itself, the floors needed a good cleaning as did the rugs. The couch was losing feathers all over the place and was not comfortable plus had stains. Food was left in the sink upon check in. Also, they didn’t have anything there no tiny bar of soap or beach towels. All the places we rent usually have the essentials for your first day. At least a hotel size bar of soap to wash hands after going to the bathroom. There were no bath mats and entry rugs when you entered. This made dirty and sand accumulate quickly and drying off slippery. Our golf cart had damage on it, broken mirror and scratches on one side, no one informed us of it prior. A gentleman showed up without our knowledge asking to get in and take pics of the cart. A heads up should’ve been completed as we don’t want to let just anyone in.”

“Decent location just the room was dirty. Hair in the shower/bed. Dirt stains on the couch.”

“The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, fully stocked and in a very beautiful little neighborhood. A few things I would change: the King bed in the master is way too low to the ground. Also- we had no blankets - only sheets. We asked for blankets, but due to other complications with the mgmt co., we never got them. Never had an AirBnB with no blankets on the beds before. We had to go buy some. The mgmt company was incompetent. They were communicative but couldn't get problems resolved timely or as promised. We had no A/C for the first 4 days other than 2 loud ineffective units that didn't cool 5 feet around them. They said it would be repaired on Monday but wasn't until Tues. (we arrived on Saturday and have a child with asthma). Finally, they offered to move us to a different house, but neither option was suitable. Initial communications were rude and condescending. If I were the homeowner, I would change mgmt companies. Otherwise, the house was great and the area is lovely.”
