“We had a nice stay at Long Time No Sea. The location with close proximity to the beach and Seaside was onl great. Unfortunately, there was construction on the house next door which woke us up early with hammering and loud tools every morning except Sunday. Had this been disclosed, I would’ve chosen a different place to stay. Additionally, the photos of the house are a bit deceptive. The house is not light, bright, and airy as it appears. It is actually quite dark and the furniture and rugs were filthy. Far beyond what a cleaning crew should be expected to clean since they seem old. Also, the ice maker had mold growing in it, so that was a bummer. Last the check in instructions weren’t great and we had to wait to get in the house. Despite all of this we still had a great stay because the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were nice. The pool was the best feature by far. This home could be incredible but it needs updating, floors redone, and full kitchen remodel.”

“What you see is not what you get. Salty Sisters was not ready at the advertised 4:00 p.m. check-in (after our 15 hour drive). A cleaning crew was still there trying to remove “dark stains” from the carpets, couch, and chairs, which were all still soaking wet when we walked through the house around 4:45 p.m. We also found a ceiling fan hanging by its wires, standing water in the clothes dryer, dead cockroaches on the sun porch, mold, a rotten outdoor shower floor, overgrown grass, damaged siding, and a rusted grill with an empty propane tank. Oversee offered a partial refund if we stayed or a full refund if we canceled. Given the condition of the property, we canceled immediately. We then had to pay over $400 for a hotel and over $2,500 for another Airbnb while waiting for our refund. We lost about 24 hours of our vacation because the property was not clean, safe, or ready for guests. I cannot recommend booking this property or any property managed by Oversee based on our experience.”

“Very pretty! Overall our stay was great. I think there could’ve been more setup for a house that fits 10+ people. There was only 1 roll of paper towels, one dish pod, no salt/pepper, no beach towels, etc. it felt like there should’ve been more regular household items. Easy route to the beach and not far from town!”

“A great house to stay in when visiting 30A! The location was great - short travel times to all 30A towns and beaches. The inside of the house was immaculate and the private pool was such a nice addition as that is hard to find! I only gave 4 stars because there was a lengthy process of forms to fill out before getting access to the golf cart and we had troubles getting the code to start the golf cart. That resulted in us missing out on a whole day of golf cart usage (it would have been nice to be able to fill out the forms before getting there), but when we did have access to it, it was so fun! Also the smaller pool next to the large pool was not a hot tub, which was my misunderstanding, but would have been nice to have! Overall great place!!”

“The home was beautiful, and clean. The pool was great. The carriage house was a nice addition. The dryer didn't work. We stayed 3 1/2 days with no dryer. Always had to leave a message and wait for someone to respond. Was informed company knew about the problem a week before. The company did refund a portion of cost. Dirty around loungers. Company sent someone to power wash area on 3rd day. Rotted wood on balcony bannister. Home can hold 12 people with only one trash can outside. Not nearly enough for half that amount of people. Previous renter's trash had blown around outside. Original code for entry didn't work. When storming, water came in under front door. It was way overpriced for the trouble we had. Very poor upkeep in back yard area. Very convenient to beach access.”

“The house was beautiful. Everything was good. The house has one large flaw and we knew about one of them going into the rental but please know that the home has a tank water heater. There were 13 of us and after 3 quick showers we were out of hot water. Most of us took cold showers the whole time. Just know that going in. Not hard to instal tankless water heaters and they make a world of difference. For the price and statue of watercolor they should all have tankless heaters. Other issue was with oversee. When we arrived on Saturday we were suppose to have 13 brackets but there were 11. We called and never got a response. Called again Sunday and we kept getting the run around. I spent the whole first day of the vacation trying to track 2 brackets down and I was not happy. And one family sat at the house Saturday afternoon and all day Sunday due to not have the brackets. Was certainly a waste. Prob will not book with oversee again. I will also say that the watercolor H”

“Great stay! Had a large party of nine with 4 kids. The house had most everything we needed. Comfortable and clean. Only thing to note is the private beach access across the street was inaccessible and we were not notified of this. We unfortunately had to go to a public access and walk back down the beach. This was very inconvenient but other than that, the stay was everything we were looking for!”

“I was very disappointed in the house . It did not match the pictures at all and several things were broken . It was also very very dirty . I reached out to the host and they said they could have someone clean it but that was 24 hrs later and we had already unpacked . They never addressed any of the issues that were broken as far as the microwave, lamps, outdoor table and chairs. The bikes and golf cart that come with the house were terrible . The bike kept breaking and they were slow to respond . The golf cart rode so rough it almost bounced you out and the tag was secured with one zip tie so it dangled and clanked when we went anywhere . I would not stay here again ever .”

“We loved the layout of the house, nice rooms, bathroom showers were great! Pool house was cozy and private. Great distance from the beach access. There were several maintenance issues that should have been taken care of before we arrived, clothes dryer did not work, knob on the stove top was broken, grill was wobbly, outside gate board fell off, we had to buy wasp spray to kill wasps. Outside trash was overflowing. Yard and pool could’ve been cleaner.”

“The location is great but misleading. It says rosemary but isn’t. The townhome is molded and was difficult to stay in for long periods of time without getting a headache or hard to breathe. Check in was very difficult and we sat outside the door for an hour waiting to get instructions for entry. It would be a fine place for a couple hundred bucks a night but not $700 dollars.”
