“We had a great stay overall and would rate it 4 out of 5 stars. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. One of our favorite perks was the bikes that were provided, they made getting around and exploring the area much easier and added a lot to our experience. The only downside for our family was that it wasn’t quite as walkable as we expected, especially with babies and all the gear that comes along with them. While adults may not mind the distance, families with little ones should plan accordingly. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this Airbnb to others, especially those looking for a comfortable beach getaway with the added bonus of bikes available to use.”

“Me and my family were so excited for this trip to Destin. The house online looked beautiful and boasted of a private pool. The house was nice. There was not a private pool, there is a community pool that is next to the house but it is far from private. We were very disappointed when we learned there was not a private pool. I would not have booked the house for the price had I known it was a public community pool. We had asked about a kitchen appliance prior to arriving. The company said it would have it in the house and it never showed up. The house itself is very nice. Also I believe they show a golf cart in the pictures, it is not included it is only for owners use. It feels like a bait and switch type marketing scheme, which I don’t appreciate at all. Live and learn.”

“Beautiful property and premium location-situated on a great end of Seaside with easy access to the pools, tennis courts, and everything the community has to offer. Overall, we had a very nice stay and the home worked well for our multi-generational family. The layout was one of our favorite features. Having primary suites on separate floors gave everyone privacy and made the home especially comfortable for multiple generations traveling together. The common spaces were also great for gathering and spending time together as a family. There were a few maintenance and communication issues during our stay. The ice machine was not working upon arrival, and although we reported it immediately and were told someone would follow up, the issue was never resolved during our visit. We also experienced a few pest-related concerns in the downstairs primary suite area. That said, the home's location and floor plan were wonderful, and we made many great family memories during our stay.”

“Great house and golf cart was fun! Missing basic amenities like beach / pool towels and shampoo/conditioner. Couldn't find trash bags either.”

“Great spot and layout. Very family and dog friendly neighborhood. The place itself, the floors needed a good cleaning as did the rugs. The couch was losing feathers all over the place and was not comfortable plus had stains. Food was left in the sink upon check in. Also, they didn’t have anything there no tiny bar of soap or beach towels. All the places we rent usually have the essentials for your first day. At least a hotel size bar of soap to wash hands after going to the bathroom. There were no bath mats and entry rugs when you entered. This made dirty and sand accumulate quickly and drying off slippery. Our golf cart had damage on it, broken mirror and scratches on one side, no one informed us of it prior. A gentleman showed up without our knowledge asking to get in and take pics of the cart. A heads up should’ve been completed as we don’t want to let just anyone in.”

“The house was beautiful, clean, spacious, fully stocked and in a very beautiful little neighborhood. A few things I would change: the King bed in the master is way too low to the ground. Also- we had no blankets - only sheets. We asked for blankets, but due to other complications with the mgmt co., we never got them. Never had an AirBnB with no blankets on the beds before. We had to go buy some. The mgmt company was incompetent. They were communicative but couldn't get problems resolved timely or as promised. We had no A/C for the first 4 days other than 2 loud ineffective units that didn't cool 5 feet around them. They said it would be repaired on Monday but wasn't until Tues. (we arrived on Saturday and have a child with asthma). Finally, they offered to move us to a different house, but neither option was suitable. Initial communications were rude and condescending. If I were the homeowner, I would change mgmt companies. Otherwise, the house was great and the area is lovely.”

“Location is great. House needs some work. Don’t plan on using the washer the it’s full of mold. The master bathroom shower has tile issues and is very likely moldy with lifted tiles near the door. Kitchen cabinets and pots and pans are yucky. Pool is not heated, and is public and shared. There is no fire pit for the fire area around the Adirondack chairs. Hot tub is in photos but is not useable and for owners only. Outside shower is out of order and zero beach gear, cooler, floats nothing g is available to borrow during g your stay. The day we left my teen son and I walked to get something for a sibling who is at college. My personal pillow in a different pillow case sitting at the end of the bed was left behind. I messaged immediately they supposedly reached out to the cleaning crew. I asked if it could’ve retreated during the cleaning prior to checking for the next renters and I would pay for the expenses. I’ve heard nothing. We left 7 days ago and still no reply”
