“Here’s a warm, genuine review you could leave: We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The condo was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything our family needed for a comfortable vacation. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the entire space felt like a home away from home. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to The Big Chill and a quick drive or golf cart ride to some of the most beautiful beaches and charming towns along 30A. We especially loved having access to the community pool and enjoyed how peaceful and well-maintained the neighborhood was. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, and everything was exactly as described. We made so many great family memories here and would absolutely stay again. We highly recommend this property.”

“The house was nice, host very responsive and friendly. The big chill area was convenient for shopping and dining. If you’re flying in and plan to cook, be sure to purchase salt and pepper, pot holders and storage containers for leftovers. There were Plenty of glasses and dishes. Also, don’t rely on the beach umbrella at the unit, the chairs were ok, just worn. There were plenty of sand toys. Some of the beaches have beach service so you can rent umbrellas and chairs. We were there during summer vacation time so the area was very busy and pool very crowded.”

“We have stayed all different areas in Santa Rosa Beach and this was easily one of the best. A good spot in between Rosemary and Seaside. It’s clean and roomy. I would suggest driving or renting a golf cart to get to the closest beach entrance at deer park, especially if you are packing a lot with you or have small children. All in all a great place to stay. The host answered my questions pretty quickly so that was helpful!”
