The home ended up being extremely clean, well-kept, and perfect for our stay. Going from a terrible rental experience to a host who communicates instantly and genuinely cares about her guests made all the difference for our trip. If you’re considering this rental, do it!”

“We had a wonderful 3-night stay at Summer Waves 432! The condo was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The owners were incredibly responsive, prompt, and helpful throughout the entire process, which made our stay even more enjoyable. One of the best parts was the location. It was just a short walk to the beautiful beach and Eastern Lake, giving us the best of both worlds. Eastern Lake was absolutely perfect for our 2½-year-old granddaughter. She loved playing in the calm, shallow water, while we could easily walk over to enjoy the Gulf as well. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, family-friendly getaway!”

“Our staying was a great! The condo was really nice, newly renovated. I loved the decor! It was really nice looking, the welcome amenities with detailed instructions and always a prompt response from our agent. We got there earlier than expected and she was very kind to help us with an early check in. Walking distance from the beach and shopping & dining places at Rosemary Beach. A little downside of this place is that the building itself seems to have structure issues and it’s in a renovating phase… the 3 buildings had the same foundation issues, cracks in floors and walls, uneven surfaces, etc. We knew that the elevators were going to be out of service in advance so it wasn’t a problem for us. It was worth the price! We are looking forward to seeing how these buildings come out once they’re finished!”

“We loved our stay. We had great and easy access to the beach. Loved our balcony being able to watch the hustle and bustle of the town and see the ocean. I do wish we had seating on the balcony but we just used a stool from inside when needed. Great restaurants and coffee nearby that we walked to each day. There was enough things in the Airbnb to be able to also cook our own meals which was great. The only thing I would be aware of is the time of day you are arriving. We arrived around dinner time and it was impossible to find a parking spot because so many extra people were parked in the area for nearby restaurants. I drove around for an hour to find a spot on the street that you can’t park on over night. I waited until later that night and moved my car closer and then it wasn’t an issue. The hosts were very communicative and responded very quickly. Their recommendations were great. We used the 30A beach services for chairs and umbrella on the beach they recommended!”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay with a toddler! Pool is great for littles and inlet beach is a short walk. We went to Rosemary most nights for shopping and dinner. Wonderful location and we didn’t need a car! Condo is beautiful and hosts are great!!!”
