“Every thing was what I expected clean and beautiful condo but someone next door tried telling my husband that this wasn’t the condo he was supposed to be at I found that a bit weird because who are them to tell him that .”

“Enjoyed our stay at this little spot in the heart of 30a! So walkable, we never had to get back in our car for 4 days. We enjoyed biking, beaching, pooling, playing pickleball, and relaxing in this perfect little spot.”

“Overall, we felt this place was great for what we paid! Walk down a block or two for the beach, bike rentals next door. We biked from Grayton to rosemary, we felt perfectly in the middle. Only thing I’d say is the balcony door was very difficult to slide open & we love when Airbnb hosts provide basic stuff (salt,pepper,etc.) but we stopped at Publix down the road to pick up those things. We also had to buy one more toilet paper roll at the gas station next door. Really good shaved ice a block down. Would recommend here on a budget!”

“I paid over 500$ for this condo, given the location, I understood. Walking into our room that looks like a newyork apartment, I realized it actually was not worth it. Mini fridge in the closet (closet doors basically hanging by a thread). Fridge was dragging on the floor? Access to the beach was hard as the code did not work after hours? Strange. People in the building very rude. One night we had been walking outside and came in for bed. We were having fun but we were not nearly as loud as anybody else in our hall. Our neighbors were blasting music and screaming for hours. We even took a video. But the night we come in after being OUT the apartment, our Airbnb host called to say we would get evicted for being loud if it happened again. Apparently we got 3 complaints? For what? No clue. Forgot to mention, bathroom door kept getting stuck and I thought I was trapped multiple times. And why would we get a fine if we lost one of the four rubber 2 cent wristbands on the dresser? That’s all.”

“The pool is great. The no elevator for 4 floors is crazy and not worth the “discount”. Sticky floors and burned out lights. Would they come and interrupt our stay to clean and maintain? Yes - but why wasn’t it delivered to us clean and maintained? I don’t expect to have to be the one to do a quality check and be inconvenienced during vacation. The kicker was finding massive black mold on the master closet ceiling and walls. After reporting - no response except they would check it out upon our departure. Now I’m terribly sick - related? First Airbnb experience like this. Hotel next time….”

“The morning of our check I awoke to a message saying Diving Pelican Realty and Rentals had canceled our reservation, we were two hours away from the rental after driving 10 hrs. I never received any communication from the host or an offer to help find another rental.”
