“Great home and right amount of space for my family of 6 . Love the location mostly. Community was great as well. The house was comfortable and warming. Only concern is AT&T service doesn’t work well we had only 1 bar if you have AT&T be prepared for limited cellular service. WiFi went out during a storm but came back on few hours later .”

“Great place but not as advertised. Beach access to the east is 1.5 miles. Counting the sleeper chairs (very generous to count those as beds) there are 9 beds in the home, and not 11 as listed. HOA rules are confusing. Rules stated that no grills are allowed, but a grill was provided on the property (definitely a plus but clear interpretation of HOA rules could’ve been done better). 4 car capacity is generous. An SUV/pickup will not fit in the garage, and 2 in the garage is a pipe dream. You can squeeze 3 in the driveway like dominos, but be weary of bringing more than 2 vehicles on site. Kitchen was spacious with plenty of silverware and serve wares, but there was no salt, pepper, coffee, or any basic bnb amenity available. If you like going to the beach without going to the beach and eating out every meal, this is the place for you. If you like to get on the beach easily and prepare meals at home with family and friends, spend the extra money and go somewhere else.”
