“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The place was as advertised and the golf cart included. The place was well stocked with kitchen items including a Keurig and toaster. There is an upstairs and downstairs AC unit. Close enough to walk to pool or Big Chill (across the street), Very easy to communicate issues or questions via text. We encountered a few left over issues from previous guest, but they were quickly addressed. We would stay again. To access the beach, we prefer the public access point (8 I think). Note, you can only load and unload there, but 0.1 miles past it, you can park and walk back. There’s a hose to wash off after beach too.”

“Sea Happy was a fun memorable staple for my kids! They loved their “vacation rooms”! The house was clean, the decor was a vibe, the garage actually includes a lot more stuff than we expected for the beach, and the golf cart was such a hit to get around in a fun way for our kids! Sea Happy is located right next to the pool so location is perfect! The Big Chill right across the street was so convenient! Everything about our family trip was so great! We are already planning our trip for next year because we loved 30A so much!”
