“If you are looking for a place where you don’t worry about kicking off your shoes and putting your feet on the couch, this is your house. In all fairness, we are used to staying in new, custom homes in Watersound with larger groups so we were shocked by the wear and tear when we walked into this home. You do get what you pay for on 30A. This home is very lived in. Hosts are amazing and very responsive. If you don’t care about luxury and a new accommodations, this house is perfect. So close to the neighborhood pool — easy golf cart right to seaside. The Watercolor trolley was amazing (get the app) and the beds were comfortable. We had a great stay. :) Just want to be up front about the wear on the home which might just be something that bothered us.”

“This was a great place to stay at, the bikes and the golf cart are so fun. It’s great to have access to the Water Color Beach Club House and private beach there and the hosts are incredible. One of the best host I’ve ever had and they went out of their way to accommodate me and my family and are very timely with responding. 5 stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”
