The home looked exactly like the photos. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I honestly have no complaints. Well, it is very close to beach access but where it's located you would think it had direct access to the beach. That was a little annoying but it really is a 5 min bike ride/3 minute golf cart ride, 15 min walk. Very accessible. Overall I would definitely recommend someone stay here!

Great stay. Close enough to Rosemary Beach but still tucked away and quiet, and we preferred the calmer Inlet Beach, which was easily walkable. The house was very clean, and there were plenty of supplies for a long weekend. The only negative was the backyard. While it had a working BBQ and chairs, it needed some upkeep, but the rest of the experience made up for it! We would still come back.

The house was NOT in good shape at all. There were so many things broken. The bathrooms had alot wrong such as shower handles, toilet seats, door locks, shower curtains were all broken. Also through the rest of the house had broken door handles, fans, balcony door had no handle at all, chair in the kitchen the seat falls off. Also the house its self had water damage really bad especially in dinning room area. I reached out and didn't receive a response at all about trash cans being full and running over the whole time and smelt horrible. So I didn't reach out anymore and just accepted the loss. For what you pay to stay for a week it should definitely be better taken care of. Also at least communicate when a renter reaches out.

Location is amazing. Super close to Inlet Beach, the only public beach in the area. Views from the top patio are beautiful. The house itself seems to have been a precious jewel, but the lack of upkeep and maintenance have tainted what once was. We arrived and all three trash bins were lined up on the drive way full and filled with flies. We immediately notified the host but nothing was done. Later that night hair was found in the master bed and shower. We also addressed that the next morning and the host said they could send a cleaning crew but at that point we already took care of it. We did remind the host of the trash but no response or resolution. So we had multiple trash bags filled in the garage by the end of a 4 night stay. The dining table was very wobbly, water damage on the floor and ceiling, stained curtains, dry wall repairs needed throughout the house, heavily scratched non stick cookware (dangerous to consume particles), weeds so big I thought they were bushes.
