Paradise Properties in Walton County, Florida

“The location is excellent and the renovated interior is attractive, but the cleanliness, maintenance, and attention to detail were disappointing, especially for the price per night. The property has a lot of potential, but it needs better upkeep to justify the price. Pros: • Great location in a beautiful neighborhood • Easy beach access • Walkable to Rosemary Beach (~1.25 miles) • Beach chairs and umbrella provided • Recently renovated with a nice-looking interior Cons: • Wrong entry code and no instructions for accessing the second-floor unit • Found 2 roaches within 12 hours • Multiple maintenance issues: difficult doors/drawers, leaking shower, running toilet, flickering lights • Exterior/storage/parking areas are very run-down • Limited amenities; had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap and detergent • Smaller than the photos appear”

“We had a great stay at Surfer Dog. You could not beat the location. Right by the beach, walkable to many restaurants and shopping. Pool was great too! Overall accommodations were very nice- everyone had their own bathroom and beds were comfy too! We are hoping to come back next year!”

“The property is very clean and peaceful. Check-in time is super strict, no early check-in time unless you pay a fee. The beaches are walking distance. Rosemary and Alys beach are not walking distance. Overall, we had a great time. We loved seeing all the beach decorations in the place.”
