My Vacation Haven in Walton County, Florida

“The house is nice but there are some basic upkeep that is neglected. There are a good amount of ants all around the property that could be taken care of by an exterminator, the second floor bathroom doesn’t lock, one of the upstairs bedroom doors didn’t latch so you couldn’t close it, the ac kept fluctuating a lot and probably had something wrong with it, and the golf cart we were provided with had an ebrake that didn’t work so you didn’t know if it would roll away or not. When we messaged about the golf cart they got someone to look at it a day and a half after they said it would be looked at. They also gave no heads up and we didn’t have the cart at the house when the guy showed up. The guy said the golf cart needed to be taken to the shop but just left it and didn’t offer to give us a different one even though they were a rental place that had multiple other golf carts. Other than that it was a nice house at the beach”

“We had a wonderful vacation here, the property was beautiful and there was plenty of space for everyone. If coming to the area over spring break just know the closest pool isn't heated making for some very chilly swims. It was also very nice to be so close to The Big Chill if you are looking for some entertainment and quick eats.”
