“Best Vacation Ever”

“Great location with restaurants in walking distance in either direction on 30A. Clean and comfortable accommodations. The Gulf is in site from the deck and only a short distance away. Extremely easy to access the beach. The deck is shaded early in the morning and a great place to enjoy our morning coffee and listen to the waves crash. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We look forward to our next stay.”

“Beth’s communication was great throughout our stay, and she was responsive when we had questions. The property itself had a few issues that impacted our experience. The landscaping was quite overgrown when we arrived, although it was mowed during our stay. Because of the overgrown vegetation, we found two snakes in the pool, which was concerning. I was nervous with our two boys to walk around the property. We were also told the pool would be cleaned during our stay, but it wasn’t. Overall, Beth was pleasant to communicate with, but the property’s maintenance could be improved. Oh yeah, I didn’t see any beach towels. So bring those!”

“We loved our stay! Amazing memories were made! It is a great location. Not a far stroll to the beach and community pool. We rented a golf cart and it made it more fun to ride around the area. Love the big deck and the shower outside to rinse from the beach. A lot of room for a large group. Loved having many bathrooms so everyone had privacy. The primary bathroom with the huge shower and tub is incredible. The only struggle was the AC in some of the rooms. It was so hot in some of the rooms or areas of the house during the heat of the summer. Beth sent someone over the next day to work on it but it still didn’t get past 76 degrees on the middle floor and didn’t push out any cold air. I really hope that can be repaired because that was the only thing that was a struggle. The property is very clean and stocked with everything you need to cook. Such a beautiful home. Hope to visit again.”

“Incredible home and fit our family perfectly. We had a great vacation. This home’s location cannot be overstated, quick access to the beach(right down the road) and local restaurants and grocery stores. Everything about this home was extremely clean and accommodating for my family. The pool was luxurious and gave the kids an escape. Beth was an incredible host. She responded immediately when needed and provides top notch service. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you Beth!”
