“The house is perfectly located and adequate for the vacation we needed. Could definitely use some upgrades and minor fixes, but overall a great stay.”

“I wish I could say it was a great stay but the house was terrible. A lot of things didnt work. Living room under the coffee table was a few dead crabs and spiders literally everywhere. Kitchen, neither ice makers worked, the dish washer smelled horrible like something dead and was left in there, trash can was disgusting, piles of trash put by the front road that WE cleaned up. Nothing was vaccumEd it seems like. Something is majorly leaking from the garage ( hot water tank pretty sure) the boat dock was extremely dangerous with all the loose boards and nails sticking up. My son literally cut his foot open first night there. Up stairs back room, tv doesn't work, fans didn't work. Definitely was not enough towels for 17 people”

“Overall, we had an average stay. The location was good and made it easy to enjoy everything 30A has to offer. Before our arrival, we communicated that we were hoping for an early check-in. Beth let us know the day before that she would touch base with us the following morning, but we didn't hear back until around 2:00 PM. It wasn't a huge issue, but with several young kids ready to get to the beach, we ended up driving around for about four hours waiting. The home itself could use a more thorough deep cleaning. There were quite a few hair and dust bunnies throughout the house that were noticeable upon arrival. The only other issue was the third-floor air conditioning. It struggled to keep the temperature below 78°F during the day. The system was clearly having trouble keeping up. We didn't report it because we were only on the third floor at night, and it would eventually cool to around 72°F by 11 PM”

“The location is perfect because the short walk down the stairs to the beach is so convenient. Also the crowd is limited due to the size of the condo complex. The only thing I would say is that the bathrooms need updating but even then, they were clean and well maintained. It would also be helpful to have an electronic lock vs physical key. Since this unit is overlooking the beach, no need to use the beach code on the gate since the back patio has direct access to the stairs which is nice compared to the neighboring buildings. You’ll love the privacy and quiet surroundings yet close to everything you need either walking, biking, or golf cart. The beds were so comfortable too. Just bring your eye mask if you’re like me and the early daylight wakes you up.”

“Great beach house with the best views. Walk out back and just steps down to the beach. We loved that it wasn’t an overcrowded area. Great area by the house, close to restaurants and shops. Kitchen well stocked just missing a few small things. There was some beach gear to use which was a big bonus to not have to buy or rent. We loved our stay and would love to come back!”

“STOP DONT BOOK THIS HOUSE! This has been the worst experience I have ever had with both Airbnb and the host. I will NEVER rent this house again or from Airbnb for that matter. I did a partial payment and Airbnb tried to take the payment too early and was having trouble with payment so I tried to fix it and the host gave me the wrong info and so I thought I was good only to have my reservation canceled without me knowing. The cancelation policy this rental has is nothing more than a slimy money grab causing me (even though I didn't cancel my reservation and turned around and rebooked immediately )to loose well over a thousand dollars. Airbnb and the host wouldn't make it right. To make matters worse I let them know of some minor issues and they allowed a maintenance person into our rental without our knowledge while we had all our purses and one of our party was upstairs asleep while a stranger was in the house. The beds were so uncomfortable a few of us eneded up sleeping on the couch.”

“The condo’s back porch is right at the pool and the private entrance to the beach is less than a 2 minute walk. The location and ease of getting to the beach is worth the price of admission alone.”

“Upon Arrival we had AC’s that did not work. Beth was responsive on getting someone out but tech said AC needed to be replaced. We were told it’s as good as it’s going to get. So we had to deal with sleeping in hot rooms. The main living areas had AC just not two of the bedrooms. There was no trash service. Only one shower would have hot water at a time and it would fluctuate between hot and cold. Not one ice maker in the house worked. The grill provided was rusted through so we had to purchase a grill for the house. The house was clean but you could tell it was not maintained. We paid a lot of money to have a terrible stay. We did reach out to the host and they said they would ask the owner about a partial refund but we never heard back. It’s disappointing for us to drive as far as we did and stay for as long as we did to have a terrible stay and then them not make it right.”

“House is in an amazing location. The home is a good size with 5 bedrooms and a big open kitchen and living area. The host wouldn't share the address of the house until the day of checkin which made things a little more difficult when planning our stay. It was also annoying that they would only communicate thorugh email and not throught the app. I found it silly that they would only provide TP, paper towels and other house hold consumables for a few days. Like charge me $50 more and provide the proper amount of supplies for a week. I would have been nice if there were some beach supplies provided like a cooler, chairs, ect. Overall the hosue was good but it could be great!”

“We checked in late around 9:30pm. Upon check in we found the water was completely turned off to the unit we called maintenance they had somebody there within 30 minutes and had it on. Noticed it was warm inside when we checked in but didn’t think anything about it since thermostat was set on 76 so we pumped it down to 72 went to bed and woke up it was 79 in the house so we called maintenance they had someone out within a hour and had it fixed. I thought I would be offered some sort of refund for having the 2 issues but have yet been offered anything for the trouble we experienced. House was clean but we did see 2 roaches, one was dead and one was a live in the shower.”
