Coastal Dreamin in Walton County, Florida

“It wasn’t too clean but we are not going to complain everything was awesome, relaxing, homie, perfect! We had to go to the beach about 3 miles down the road.. we would go set up early come back eat a big breakfast and then head to the beach all day. It was very nice”

“Everything was great, house up to date. Very clean and spacious. Besides not enough room for parking due to golf cart, which was the least of our worries, our stay was excellent. Definitely would stay again”

“The house is beautiful, easy to get in, beds were super comfy and very clean. The living space floor (kitchen, living room) is gorgeous, laundry room is a huge plus. I stayed with 6 adults and we had more than enough room to move around. The view of the water is gorgeous, and it's an easy walk to get to the beach (bring some shade because it's hot out there in the sun!). The little backyard was bigger/nicer than I was expecting from the single photo. My only recommendation would be that the house is very minimal in what's there, it would be nice to have some things to more comfortable like more an extra pillow or two on the beds, beach towels or even salt/pepper in the kitchen. However the listing described the home exactly as it is, so a 5-star review is still well-received.”

“Decent place to stay, house is mostly as advertised. Property management company dealing. HOA police are very strict on many fronts. Included golf cart needs upgraded along with grill.”

“House was as described and fit our multi-family needs with separate bedrooms and bathrooms. Pool and Big Chill are very close and easy to walk to. However, finding beach access was not so easy. We went to Deer Lake State Park about 1 mile away. Golf cart was nice to have but needed charging when we arrived so was unusable the first day.”
