“Great stay in this beautiful and relaxing home in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The home fitted our family of 9 perfectly and was very short distance from beach access. Included the basic necessities and gorgeous kitchen with all the cooking equipment and appliances.”

“We have been visiting 30a for 7 years now and this is by far the nicest place we've stayed! Close to Rosemary and other shopping centers without being in the bustle. Plenty of room and flexible spaces for large families. Neighborhood is very quiet. Beach with showers is a 2 min drive. There is a TON of beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, towels) which was such a blessing! We were able to leave all of ours at home. Kitchen is also well stocked. We also had issues with the stove burners and the master toilet room is super musty and moldy. Wasn't a deal breaker for us but good to know going in. Ground floor was sandy upon our arrival too but hey, it's a beach house. Overall we enjoyed our stay and loved the house! Would stay again especially if those repairs were made.”

“Our stay here was nothing short of amazing. With every stay something is bound to happen. On our second night the master bedrooms TV stopped working. With messaging the BonHom team they quickly fixed it. It did take two days but I understand there is a lot of things they are doing as well. If you are staying here just a heads up we cooked the whole time and noticed that the front left burner does not heat up like it’s supposed to. Something that was easily able to curve and move on. Make sure you check the back porch facing the back yard. They said there was broom in the house and we never found it until my husband found it outside on the back deck. Once again easy to get around. I did have to tell the BonHom team that my family did a movie night and like it promotes a queen air mattress. However, it had a big hole in it and my kids realized they were sinking to the floor. They had gotten a new grill the day we arrived due to asking weeks in advance if they had one. We used the stove”

“Broken rocking chair, excessive mold in shower and toilet room ceiling. Clumps of hair on shower wall and clubhouse pool shut down and we weren't notified prior or during the repair process. Couldn't use the pool at all which is the main reason we booked this place. No discount offered from host. Asked for earlier check in because we paid for the full day but couldn't use until 4pm and if the house was clean I wouldn't have minded but it was definitely not clean. No vacuum or broom offered and when I asked where it was they said "check the closets". Wow I wouldn't have thought to do that......... So needless to say we had sand everywhere the entire week.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this spacious home in Inlet Beach! It easily accommodated our whole family and gave us plenty of room to spread out and relax. The community pool was a huge plus—perfect for cooling off after a day in the sun. Being so close to 30A made it convenient for great restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend for a comfortable family getaway!”
