“Great stat for my wife and I! Nice home - pool is amazing!!”

“Starting with the good: It’s close to the beach, a quick 5 minute golf cart ride straight down the street! The house is beautiful- the photos listed don’t do it justice. The home is STOCKED with EVERYTHING you might need to cook a meal (minus seasoning which we always bring). They truly have thought of everything! The room for improvement: there was no direction on how to access the pool. We reached out to property management and it took over 24 hours to get an answer. The two reasons we rented this house over other ones we looked at were- 1. The pool, and 2. The golf cart. So it was a pretty big bummer to not be able to use the pool for two days while we waited for the management company to direct us. We didn’t have luck with finding a way in otherwise. The pool has a small triangle fob that is attached to the golf cart key. We had no idea, but I’m hoping this post helps future guests. Communication was very slow, so if that’s a concern for you it’s good to be aware of.”

“Although the home is beautiful upon arriving, we found cockroaches in the kitchen. Throughout the week we found more cockroaches in the master bedroom and the master bathroom. The response time was unacceptable and they never even came to address the cockroach problem. We would’ve been more satisfied if someone could have come out to address the problem for the bugs. We understand that it could be from the previous guests or the house, but unacceptable to not address the problem at all during our whole week, we were there. With kids running around the house, it left us very uncomfortable the whole week, but we had no other option to stay anywhere else due to the cost of the vacation we already spent.”
