“We were a group of 4 families, and really enjoyed our stay at the Grayton Beach house. We found the house to be very clean, with all necessary amenities. Beautiful views from porch and easy access to beach made it a nice relaxing holiday. We ordered in food and never left the house for the three days we were there. Would love to visit again.”

“We had the best time at 33 Palms! ! Easy beach access, and the house was well laid out! I was confused about the beach access before we got there, as I’ve never stayed in this subdivision, but there is a walkway through the neighborhood to the beach. The beginning of the walkway is right beside the house, and it’s maybe a 2 minute walk (if that) to the beach. Only issue we had was that we cooked a lot and there were not many pots and pans in the kitchen. But that is low on priority list for me-we made it work and the rest of the kitchen had all amenities (even a zester). Would stay here again!!”

“House was spacious and in a PERFECT LOCATION! We loved being right next to camp watercolor. Having a golf cart in this area makes vacation so fun! We loved going everywhere by golf cart, it makes parking in seaside way easier! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is bc the house needed some upkeep. The railing leading up to the house was broken, the white chairs were stained, one set of blinds were broken, the rain chain was rusted through, outdoor furniture needs updated, etc. I would still stay here again, the place overall was clean, but for what you pay for these houses I expect a little more maintenance.”

“We had the best weekend staying at this property! We came for my mom’s birthday celebration with 10 ladies total and we were very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The beach front was gorgeous and we had such a peaceful stay. We would definitely come back !”
