Beach Blue Properties in Walton County, Florida

“House was spacious and in a PERFECT LOCATION! We loved being right next to camp watercolor. Having a golf cart in this area makes vacation so fun! We loved going everywhere by golf cart, it makes parking in seaside way easier! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is bc the house needed some upkeep. The railing leading up to the house was broken, the white chairs were stained, one set of blinds were broken, the rain chain was rusted through, outdoor furniture needs updated, etc. I would still stay here again, the place overall was clean, but for what you pay for these houses I expect a little more maintenance.”

“We had the best weekend staying at this property! We came for my mom’s birthday celebration with 10 ladies total and we were very comfortable with plenty of space for everyone. The beach front was gorgeous and we had such a peaceful stay. We would definitely come back !”

“It is conveniently located to the beach and there are a couple of coffee shops and restaurants nearby that are decent if you don't want to wander far for food. We definitely enjoyed our time in the area. And the irony of being at the beach and having the room decorated with a shark and photos from Jaws was rather amusing. And the beach is really beautiful in this area. The couple of negatives: The photos were shot with a wide angle lens and exaggerate the size of the room and the view. The wifi blows, we had to repeatedly unplug and reboot the router as it would drop off continuously. And there is no place that you can unpack and put your clothes. We ended up using the sofa as a staging area. It was either that or the floor to put our clothes.”
