“Check-in was frustrating because we never received a link to purchase a parking pass. The property was not as cleaned as compared to other properties that we have used in the past. Not able to use the extra pillows and blanket because they were dirty. The view was perfect though!”

“This oceanfront property has lots of potential but needs attention. We enjoyed being right on the Beach with close proximity to Baytown village and other restaurants. The pool was nice and the beach had easy private access. Unfortunately we cannot give this experience 5 stars which was requested by management. The actual accommodation was 3 stars at best. Our biggest complaints are the broken amenities, cleanliness of the room and the unusable patio. It’s shameful that an advertised luxury accommodation would offer a beachfront patio furnished with one low quality rusty bench with a faded, stained cushion on a camping beach mat. Absolutely unusable! Unfortunately cannot recommend this rental as advertised.”

“House was spacious and in a PERFECT LOCATION! We loved being right next to camp watercolor. Having a golf cart in this area makes vacation so fun! We loved going everywhere by golf cart, it makes parking in seaside way easier! The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 stars is bc the house needed some upkeep. The railing leading up to the house was broken, the white chairs were stained, one set of blinds were broken, the rain chain was rusted through, outdoor furniture needs updated, etc. I would still stay here again, the place overall was clean, but for what you pay for these houses I expect a little more maintenance.”

“Our host was super responsive and proactive in our instructions and very helpful with any questions we had. Property was just as described and we had no trouble navigating the resort. The only drawbacks were the WiFi went out frequently, and there was construction noise most of the day that could be heard in the property as work was being done on one of the other units. I don’t fault the host for these! They had an immediate update on the WiFi once we told them it went out and they contacted the building manager immediately following our conversation. As for the construction, we understood our host had no control over that and it didn’t dampen our stay. Would definitely stay here again thanks to our host!”

“This was a great mini vacation to celebrate an anniversary trip for my husband and I. Huge benefit was that we could rent chairs/umbrella for the day at the condos which wasn't listed but a fun surprise. Lots to do within a couple miles of hotel and the rental unit was darling. Unit was stocked with all kinds of things we could use for food prep and the communication with the property was wonderful. We will definitely come stay here again! White zen garden sand beach and turquoise waters are already calling our names! Didnt end up using the golf cart but was a nice amenity we will use next time!”
