“Had to fight love bugs upon arriving. Apparently, it was mating season. It made going to and from the beach fun. Sofa covers could use a wash. Location was nice and quiet and just steps away from the beach. Would rent again”

“Overall, our stay was amazing! The condo was even bigger than expected and very spacious, with plenty of room for all 8 of us. The location was great and within walking distance of the main Rosemary Beach shopping area. The onsite pool was fabulous and felt like a resort-style pool. We would definitely stay here again! Our only issues were with parking, bedding, and beach access. The listing said there would only be 2 parking spaces, and management confirmed we would only have 2 passes. When we arrived, there were actually 4 passes, so it was frustrating that the information we received beforehand wasn’t accurate. The bedding could also use an upgrade. The comforters felt more like hospital blankets than vacation-rental bedding. Beach access was unclear, and management wasn’t very helpful when we asked for clarification. We accidentally went to a private access before finding the correct public one. Despite these issues, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back!”

“Our family enjoyed our stay in this amazing home. We had plenty of space to lounge around after being in the sun all day. The beach was maintained and peaceful. The pool was a great addition for days we didn’t want to be on the beach.”

“This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Beautiful view, so much wildlife and seashells to find, the beach was very private and we loved everything about the house. However, I will not be booking with an Avari property again. The day before we checked out, we had the pool people come in at 8 am and leave a note that we were not able to swim “until it cleared up”. My kids last day was completely ruined because they planned to swim all day. I messaged the host multiple times asking for an update and when it would be safe for my kids to get back into the pool and only received an automated response. Then at 4:30pm, someone finally got back to me and let me know that they could get in. The lack of communication was very frustrating and unprofessional. The treatment could have been done the Sunday morning when we checked out and it would have been ready for the next guest if they were arriving that night. This place would have been 10/10 if not for this issue.”
