Vista Cay Resort Direct reviews in Florida

“We had a great stay! The location was excellent, especially being so close to Universal Studios, which made getting around very convenient. The only downside was the internet service, which could definitely use some improvement. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and appreciated the convenient location. We would definitely consider staying here again!”

“Location was great, but that’s really it. The airbnb itself was dirty. We found a ketchup packet on the floor along with crumbs, hair, and dust everywhere. A dirty hat was left in the couch. Hair was on our bed. No hand soap in the bathrooms.”

“Condo was as advertised, however, housekeeping was underwhelming. Management was responsive and the location is excellent.”

“We enjoyed our stay and its location. We had difficulties with the main bedroom tv/remotes and couldn’t find any laundry detergent but overall had a good time & the place is as advertised. Would stay again.”

“The location is perfect for an Epic Universal visit, and the shopping center adjacent has Publix and several eateries. The unit it self is satisfactory however the floor in the living room is all scratched up, assuming from people moving furniture and the coffee cups and coffee maker were not the cleanest. Limited supplies are provided, one dishwasher packet for a week long stay, we could have requested more however I was on vacation and not looking to request/wait for more. We have stayed at this resort three times previously and we love the location, this time the neighbors were loud and we ended up sleeping in the third bedroom due to the loud music, just a note as this may not be present for every stay. Security was called and I am assuming checked on it but we never stayed back in the mater bedroom. Stay was adequate and served it's purpose.”
