“Es la segunda vez que me quedo en el complejo, las dos veces con vista al lago y cerca de la pileta y es increíble ! La zona es perfecta para estar cerca de todo pero la tranquilidad del complejo es muy buena ! Me quedaría otra vez ! Gracias”

“We booked the 3 bedroom 2 bath at vista cay, we had 5 adults and 2 children and it was the perfect size for us. The location and pool was exactly what we were looking for during out stay. The price for a week here was definitely a steal, and we look forward to a future booking at Vista cay! Thank you!”

“The only reason I did not provide a 5 star review is because of the lack of kitchen ware. They only had 2 bowls! Yet, the place sleeps 6 people.. There was not enough cooking utensils or pots. Location was amazing and the pool was great too!”

“Place was convenient to everything we wanted to do on International Drive. Pool was a big hit with the kids. Nice to have a grocery store and several food options just a short walk away.”

“Perfect if you are a family/group going to Epic. Spacious! Limited cooking pots and pans. Ok for simple meals. Floors could have been cleaner (we were barefoot and feet got dirty fast). We also left a wall plug and waiting for housekeeping to contact us after two calls. We would stay there again for the convenience to Epic.”

“I will start with the positives. 1. Very clean and no bugs 2. Very comfortable beds The negatives: 1. highly variable staff at front host desk. some are very helpful while others are rude and dismissive 2. wifi didn't work for our entire stay and then they scheduled the Cable company technicians to come at 8am on the day that we check out at 10am. 3. poor communication and follow through. I called and messaged them to not send the technician, as I have two tween girls who would be showering at that time and technicians arrived anyways. Even though the staff sent a message confirming that the techs would'nt come 4. keypad continually malfunctioned therefore we needed to call the host desk everytime we needed to get in or out of our unit. So after a 9hr day at Disney when you are exhausted and only want to collapse, we had to stand and wait outside our door to be let in by staff that at times seemed annoyed we were calling. 5. offered a very small refund to not leave bad review”

“We had a cheer competition and stayed here for 3 nights. The location was great but the place was not very clean. The dressers and night stands were covered in dust and my two year old found dried up dog feces under the dining room table. I brought it up with the Host but i got nothing but a small apology. Not even an offer to come clean and sanitize the floor where the dog feces were found. I did get a $50 refund through air bnb after i brought up the issue with them but i was extremely disappointed how dirty it was. I have higher expectations for a resort that costs that much.”
