“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The AC needed cleaning, there was noticeable dust throughout the house, and the home had an unpleasant smell. The property also needed maintenance, and we dealt with a leaking ceiling during the last three days of our stay. Staff were not very helpful, and getting a response or assistance required spending too much time on the phone. These issues affected our comfort and enjoyment of our vacation. Better cleaning, maintenance, and more responsive customer service are needed.”

“The house was beautiful and the amenities were great for the kids. It has a huge amount of space and everything is nearby. We really enjoyed our stay. We did run into a few issues though. Visitor parking was quite a walk from the house, and the property wasn’t very clean when we arrived. We found roaches in three of the bedrooms, a dead lizard in the theater room, and the upstairs rooms had a musty smell. There were also a lot of markings and tape residue on the walls throughout.”

“Beautiful home but no real support once checked in. The house itself was absolutely beautiful, the location was super convenient, and the amenities were definitely fun — no complaints there. But when it came to accommodations for luggage help or senior citizens, the experience was horrible. There was no assistance with transportation to the resort, no help for older guests, and absolutely no accommodations unless you pay extra. It felt like everything was an add‑on for more money, even basic support that should’ve been included. If you’re traveling with seniors or need any type of help beyond the basics, be prepared to spend more than you expected.”
