“Unfortunately, our stay at this condo was extremely disappointing. Upon entering the unit, there was a strong, unpleasant odor that lingered throughout the entire rental. The smell resembled either an old gas station or mold and was noticeable every time we returned to the condo from outside. The cleanliness of the property was unacceptable. Shortly after arriving, we observed a live cockroach in the living room and an even larger live cockroach on the bedroom floor. The sheets also appeared not to have been properly cleaned, as there was sand still in the bed upon arrival. The floors were dirty, and the overall condition of the condo did not meet basic cleanliness standards. Additionally, there were maintenance and safety concerns. The shower knobs came off twice while attempting to turn the water off, causing water to shoot from the wall. The water was scalding hot, and trying to reattach the faucet knob posed a risk of burns. We also noticed stains on the walls throughout the cond”

“This was a last minute booking, the place was cleaned and just as pictured. Check-in was easy. Front toilet was broken upon checkin the lid was off and running water cpuld be heard constantly, but the toilet was inoperable. Notified Victoria and she responded right away asking if we needed soneone to come out that night or would the next day be fine. Traveling with 2 infants and checking in a little late, I instructed that the next day would be fine also giving permission to enter while we were out of the unit for the day. On day 2, no one had checked/fixed the toilet so a message was sent to Victoria informing her of it, but unfortunately I never received a response or saw a maintenance man. After a 2 night stay, we checked out with the toilet lid still on the toilet with water running audible to bunks across the hall. Other than that the stay and place was good.”
