“Very responsive, very pretty view of beach, close to restaurants, friendly workers, make sure to put the actual amount of guests coming because you will get charge alot of money for more people not included, they are other condos similars where 6 people can be at, and this condo only can have up to 5, visitors cant come, but at the end very good experience.”

“I reported the issues with the downstairs air conditioning unit and the refrigerator at the beginning of our stay, but unfortunately, they were never resolved. Throughout our stay, there were numerous maintenance, cleanliness, and safety concerns, including:The downstairs air conditioning unit was not functioning properly, and the temperature on the first floor reached 82°F, which is completely unacceptable, especially during the summer. The refrigerator did not cool properly, creating concerns about keeping our food at a safe temperature. The hot water did not work in the first-floor bathroom. The garbage disposal did not work. The rug on the first floor was extremely dirty and appeared to need professional cleaning or replacement. The pool table was unstable and rocked during use, making it unsafe and difficult to enjoy. One of the bar stools was loose and wobbly, creating a safety hazard. There were dirt dauber nests on the ceiling of the front porch, which should have been removed.”

“The location of this place was incredible. Just a brief walk to the beach which was nice! The size of the house was great. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate large groups. My only complaints were check in and check out times were not what you’d expect (5pm check in and 9am check out), and I had to make a case for getting more favorable times. Another thing that didn’t make sense was 3 trash bags for the entire stay. With a house that size, you need more than 3 to help the host keep the place clean.”

“There were some hand towels in the kitchen that were dirty along with cooking utensils and dishes that were still dirty.”

“Overall, our stay was okay. The condo felt much smaller than the listing suggested. While it mentioned sleeping 6 guests, the space becomes very tight once the sleeper sofa is out. Furniture has to be moved to pull it out, and accessing the tiny patio afterward is difficult. One area that was particularly disappointing was the check-in experience. We were in town for a softball tournament and had a game before check-in, so we reached out to see if we could simply drop off our luggage—even if it was just on the patio. We understood that early access to the condo might not be possible, but we were hoping for a small accommodation. Instead, the only options offered were to pay for an early check-in (~$300) or booking the night prior. It would have been nice to see a little more flexibility given the circumstances. The location was convenient, but the size of the condo and the overall experience didn’t quite meet the expectations we had based on the listing.”

“Great house and all especially for a get together with other people but for us checking in and out times were super inconvenient for us. There was garbage in the bin wasn’t taking out it started to smell. The elevator did break during our stay which then also inconvenient having to go up all the stairs multiple times every day. Garbage disposal wasn’t working properly. Third floor some of the outlet and lights wasn’t working. Parking was a little rough with there being little space to have cars. Having to communicate problems with owner was a huge issue with owner taking quite a while to reach back. Overall house itself is nice inside .”

“The apartment was good, but with a few things broken or missing. The AC was not working properly, the bathroom door was missing the knob and the TV remote was missing. The host, who was very strict about their house ‘rules’, disappeared and became unresponsive when it came to helping us with these issues. Don’t recommend.”

“We were extremely disappointed with our experience. We paid around $400 for a single night stay and then received a request for an additional $150 “cleaning fee” after checkout. The reason given was a photo showing a few crumbs on the balcony from our children eating outside. There were no cleaning supplies available for guests to use, and the area certainly did not require a special cleaning charge. The fee feels excessive, unreasonable, and more like an attempt to generate extra revenue than a legitimate cleaning expense. We left the property in good condition and expected fair treatment. Future guests should carefully review all policies and document the condition of the property before and after their stay. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling taken advantage of rather than valued as customers.”

“I was scammed and they will not refund my money!! This is a scam where they fraudulently force your card to pay if it's on file, even if you have it used fraudulently. I called Air BNB and sent messages to host to let them know!!! Nothing was done on their part. Host could have cancelled it, but chose not to because they got paid off my stolen credit card number.”

“This place was absolutely disappointing. $1600 for a week. We had to wear shoes in the room because the floor made our feet black. Toilets was very loud, sinks dirty, shower dirty, dishes in cabinets was dirty. Bed was absolutely gross. She did offer to send house keeping but then never came. Kids bunk beds had dirty underwear and trash in their bed. Couch had like a dog cover over it. I would not recommend this place. I barely slept there it was that bad. Its really ran down.”
