“Location was great, but the place itself definitely needs an update especially toilet paper holder that was very rusty . One roll of toilet paper was not enough for two adults for six days (had to DoorDash toilet paper) also would be nice to have at least two bottles of complementary water Since we flew in late and had no chance to shop for water. Check out was at 10am so we were struggling to find a place to store our luggage since our flight was in the evening . Overall for the price paid it could have been much better, small details make big difference .”

“I was scammed and they will not refund my money!! This is a scam where they fraudulently force your card to pay if it's on file, even if you have it used fraudulently. I called Air BNB and sent messages to host to let them know!!! Nothing was done on their part. Host could have cancelled it, but chose not to because they got paid off my stolen credit card number.”

“Small place for 2 people to stay, no hot tub even though it was advertised. False advertisement, host stated a refund but never did. Didn’t seem to want to communicate.”

“This place was absolutely disappointing. $1600 for a week. We had to wear shoes in the room because the floor made our feet black. Toilets was very loud, sinks dirty, shower dirty, dishes in cabinets was dirty. Bed was absolutely gross. She did offer to send house keeping but then never came. Kids bunk beds had dirty underwear and trash in their bed. Couch had like a dog cover over it. I would not recommend this place. I barely slept there it was that bad. Its really ran down.”

“The place is nasty. The host isn’t paying attention to cleaning and that ruins the vacation staying.”

“We stayed here for 4 nights and unfortunately had several issues that impacted our experience. Upon arrival, the unit was not clean. There was visible debris, dirt, and even nail clippings in the bunk bed sleeping area. We reported this right away and were told housekeeping could return, but no one ever came. As a result, we ended up cleaning the area ourselves in order to get settled. There were also multiple maintenance and condition concerns throughout the unit, including busted and cracked doors, a cracked toilet, ripped balcony screens, chipped and cracked tile flooring, and ceiling tiles fallen in the closet area. The balcony door also did not lock at any point during our stay, which is a safety concern, especially for families with children. During our stay, we later discovered stained bedding that was not visible until the bed was stripped, which was very concerning. The listing did not reflect the condition we experienced, and terms like “economy-friendly” are not used.”

“Honestly, I enjoyed this location. However, I was disappointed by the noise level from the person above us. Even during the quiet hours, the guests above us were not quiet, and the host did nothing to address the issue. This disrupted our entire three-night stay. Despite the noise, the location was very convenient. It was close to the beach, restaurants, and other attractions like mini-golf. There were even two public beach access locations within walking distance. I would stay again if the quiet time could be enforced more strictly.”

“This was by far the worst place I've encountered through Airbnb. If all you require is clean linen and fairly new appliances, this is your place. However, I require/expect more. There is a noticeable smell in the kitchen/livingroom area due to a leaking sink. This is not a new leak!!! There is mold & mildew!!! It's deteriorating under the sink from the leak. I notified the owner of the link. Her response was thank you for letting me know. Also, in the bathroom there is an area at the basboard that appears to be mold. This unit needs a deep cleaning & paint job. All doors are filthy. You can literally see dirty finger prints on all doors & lipstick smudges on bathroom door. We only slept in unit & showered. We stayed out all day to avoid the smell & dirtiness. We were not able to enjoy relaxing in the condo. I took a video just in case the owner denied the condition. Kitchen utensils are rusty or missing...3 forks! The kitchen was useless to us. 2stars giving for clean linen. Stay way!”

“Had a restful Spring break at T2 - 1606. The view was great and peaceful and couldn’t have enough of it. Major concerns were delayed response to the lock issues and cleanliness. I had to call guest services more than 3 times to resolve this as there was no direct access to the host. We missed a scheduled cruise as well, as it took over 20 mins to resolve the lock issues. Was also concerned about the mold in the shower, felt more could have been done to clean this up. I’m not finicky but definitely hope that these little concerns be looked into. Overall, it was a good time at Majestic Resorts and we can’t wait to return to PCB.”

“The area of the condo is beautiful but the condo its self needs alot of maintenance. Theres alot of little details that needs to be taking care of . And also beware of the host wanting to charge you $300 for wristbands . She also charges $75 for early checkin . The master bed has a huge hole in it was not comfortable at all . All of the cooking utensils were rusted . Besides all that we had a great time on vacation”
